Role Purpose: To the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
- The program management team to maximize the enrolment the program management team to maximize the enrolment for study abroad Programs or higher study course or University abroad Programs.
- Involved in assisting the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
- Customer data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Business meetings and providing training to new recruiting partners regularly.
- Insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits, with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- The team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake. The team to maximize the enrolment.
- Market research to identify new business opportunities with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, istration, Finance, ing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
- Orientation: Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
***Experience of B2B Sales in Edtech/Education Industry/Agent Network/Institutions are mandatory.
