SAP BPC Consultant (Business Planning and Consolidation) – Semi-Senior Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and SAP BPC solutions for multiple business clients, ensuring successful delivery aligned to project requirements.
• Participate in assessments and workshops to gather, analyze, and document business processes, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external stakeholders, to deliver high-impact SAP BPC projects.
• Develop and maintain planning models, reports, forms, and input schedules using SAP BPC (Standard and/or Embedded).
• Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of BPC configurations, logic scripts, business rules, and data loads.
• Provide ongoing , training, and knowledge transfer to client teams and end s to maximize SAP BPC adoption and satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documenting lessons learned and ing best practices adoption within the SAP center of excellence.
• Stay updated on latest SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud trends, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  
  

SAP BPC Consultant Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, ing, Business istration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), ideally covering both Standard and Embedded models.
• Practical knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes (finance domain knowledge preferred).
• Experience in implementing logic scripts, business process flows, reporting, and data integration within SAP BPC.
• Exposure to SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar SAP financial solutions is a strong plus.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a growth mindset, eager to take new challenges and adopt the latest SAP technologies.
