Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our web application. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies focused on driving trial s and converting those trials into paid s. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies to drive acquisition and retention, with a focus on increasing paid conversions.
  • Drive trial s and activate s to utilize credits.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple marketing channels.
  • Actively participate in relevant online communities, such as Slack channels and forums, to build awareness and drive acquisition.
  • Analyze data, track performance, and generate reports to identify areas for optimization and measure the success of growth initiatives.
  • Experiment with new and innovative growth marketing tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth efforts with product development and overall business objectives.


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrable experience in driving not just trial s, but also converting those s into paid s.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach with a ion for growth and continuous learning.
  • Bonus Points: Experience growing a base from near zero to significant numbers.
