Roar Media is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to our growing media team. This role will focus exclusively on planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. The ideal candidate is performance-driven, strategic, creative, and fluent in digital best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and e-commerce performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to develop campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative direction, and funnel-based tactics.
Monitor and optimize performance daily to ensure campaigns are pacing toward KPIs and delivering ROI.
Produce detailed reporting and insights using platform data and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
Contribute to paid social strategy and ideation, helping define budget allocations, A/B testing plans, and creative iterations.
Provide media plans, rationale, and forecasts during client planning sessions and reviews.
Partner with platform reps to stay ahead of algorithm changes, beta tests, and new formats.

Stay current with emerging social trends, ad formats, and performance strategies.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of paid social media advertising experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager is a must; proficiency with other platforms such as META, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Pinterest Ads is highly valued.
Strong understanding of media metrics (M, CTR, ROAS, A, etc.) and attribution models.
Demonstrated ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with full-funnel marketing tactics, especially for ecommerce and lead generation.
Comfortable managing multiple client s and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and analytics platforms.
