The Position

As Finance Manager, you will report to the Chile GM and will be a member of the Diagnostics Leadership Team of Chile. You will be a strategic leader and advisor to the on strategy, performance, investments, strategic planning and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading finance commercial functions alongside the operations group; including procurement, internal audit and compliance.You will also be responsible for working with your peers to enable our vision of Innovating diagnostics and holding our customers and patients at the heart of what we do. Resulting in the delivery of financial results for the company and living the strong culture of compliance and integrity.

The opportunity

  • Formulate a local finance strategy balancing global/regional requirements with local imperatives for Roche Chile, emphasizing financial performance and forecasting
  • Foster close business partnerships to address needs and strategy, considering broader implications and enterprise risk management
  • Network and collaborate across borders to build a strong network beyond DIA Finance for better outcomes and overcoming barriers
  • Serve as a key advisor/business partner by analyzing and providing strategic direction to the Leadership Team, aiming for sustainable ambition and protecting Roche reputation
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and effective delivery of finance services across the site, focusing on Procurement, internal audit, and maximizing resources for customer impact
  • Leverage VACC leadership principles to enable diverse teams to contribute to organizational and enterprise outcomes from a triple win perspective
  • Cultivate personal development focus and foster a winning team through coaching and leadership, shaping and implementing new ways of working while contributing to transformation

Qualifications And Experience
  • Professional ing qualification (i.e. A, CA, ACA, CIMA, Finance BSc/MSc or MBA) or equivalent in experience. Finance / Business istration experience with a proven record of ensuring Financial governance
  • Significant experience in a highly disciplined ing environment with supervisory responsibility and substantial exposure in a commercial, financial and management ing role within a competitive and regulated organization
  • 10 years of experience in financial management roles, with a plus in the healthcare industry, and proven experience in overseeing multiple markets. Experience in the implementation and management of quality controls and regulatory compliance
  • Previous experience related to commercial topics and /or the diagnostics markets is an asset
  • Leading leaders in an agile environment
  • Advanced English are required and Spanish is a plus
