The Key Manager (KAM) for convenience retail will manage all sales activities and relationships with C-Stores, Gas Stations, Drugs and E-Commerce to increase top line sales, develop the category and lead Monster Bev Corp Portfolio to be the most relevant player in the industry. Will be able for volume, promotional activities, Monster Energy brands and category development in s such as Arcoprime, Shell, Oxxo, Drugs, etc.
Essential Job Functions
Meet and exceed volume and market share objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key s top management.
Manage channel promo calendar according to annual budget plan at the right price calendar and frequency.
Collaborate and coordinate with distributor/bottler(s) in negotiating with Key buyer to maximize sales distribution, vertical and horizontal distribution, new product listing, point of sale placement, consumer promotion programs, and additional displays execution within the trade spend budget.
Work with Distributor/bottler(s) sales team to expand new distribution.
Monitor and coach training distributor merchandiser team to ensure instore compliance and develop incentive program to increase in-store display.
Develop Trade Marketing point of sale display to enhance brand visibility and manage the Monster point of sale inventory usage.
Pursue an outstanding brand execution in the stores through regular store checks and a proper TDM supervision.
Develop innovative promotional activities to improve sales and execution at the Point of Sale.
Position Requirements
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business istration, Engineering or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: Around 5 years of experience in sales in retail, wholesaler, and distributor environment.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in sales, Sales planning experience in a retail, wholesalers or distributor sales environment.
Proven knowledge of distributor and retail customer.
Computer Skills Desired: Advance of Microsoft Office
Preferred Certifications: Sales cycle knowledge, budget and P&L. Demonstrate a ion for understanding practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplace, fully understand category knowledge and insights.
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English, prior experience managing direct reports.
