Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Marketing Associate Manager to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts across various functions and practice areas. This role involves acting as a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Perspective: Align with relevant business SME’s, Microsoft related stakeholders, across Avanade and Accenture where and when needed to create a holistic perspective married with product knowledge, services, compete, pricing, analyst, perspectives and align with relevant marketing teams to drive execution of the agenda.
GTM Capability Readiness & Launch: Ideate, and refine specific go-to-market messages. Conduct market landscape analysis, competitive analysis and message testing to GTM initiatives. Collaborate with campaigns and thought leadership teams to optimize launch activities.
Integrated Campaign planning and activation: Work collaboratively across various marketing functions, ensuring deep alignment with campaign and industry marketing teams, media, analyst relations events and other teams for seamless program execution. Involves coordinating efforts to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive demand. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication channels with these teams, the Solutions Marketing Associate Manager ensures that all marketing initiatives are cohesive, strategically aligned, and effectively executed to achieve the company's business objectives
Annual GTM Planning: Develop and maintain GTM plans for solutions practices, aligning with global and regional marketing functions. Ensure the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) content and client stories across primary market-facing platforms. content development including t research with Microsoft, GitHub or other third parties, relevant to your solution area. Manage the sunsetting and retirement processes for market-facing collateral.
Annual t Partner Marketing Plan: Interlock with business stakeholders to ensure GTM and demand generation planning are represented in the annual alliance plan. the creation of solution-centric Partner Investment Request plans and content to GTM investments.
Event Activation: Participate in event thematics and content build for solution specific events such as Fabric Community Conference, including aligning the launch of new capabilities and making the most of our expert speakers and partner opportunities in our events plan. areas/regions with content that can scale across regions for your category where and when possible. You will also align with Avanade’s practice and Client Solutions leads and other teams to new capabilities and announcements.
Area and Regional Marketing Activation: Work directly with areas and regions to local market GTM plans and activation. Build and align GTM funding tactics and initiatives with regional teams. the creation of content BOMs needed for local market execution.
Analyst Engagement and Featured Report : Execute briefing cadences with key analysts, influence whitepapers, and share lighthouse wins. Write and commission content for analyst wave, quadrant, and other featured reports.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in solutions marketing, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with content creation and creative production processes.
Ability to conduct market landscape analysis and message testing.
Experience in planning and executing events, including funding submissions and event promotion.
Strong understanding of sales enablement and the creation of sales learning content.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
GTM Initiative Success: Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives through metrics such as campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Event Impact: Coordinate with field and industry marketing to evaluate the success of events based on attendance, engagement, and from participants. Regional Activation: Coordinate with field marketing to assess the impact of regional marketing activation efforts through metrics such as regional campaign performance and local market engagement.
Analyst Relations: Monitor the success of analyst engagement activities through the number of briefings, whitepapers influenced, and featured reports.
Content Performance: Measure the effectiveness of BOM content through metrics such as content engagement, s, and usage.
Funding Usage: Providing POE proof and performance metrics to of aligned funding for activation tly with partners.
Helpful Experience:
Experience working in a global marketing environment and collaborating with regional teams.
Familiarity with the technology industry and understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns.
Experience in creating and managing marketing content, including BOMs and sales enablement materials.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
