A Costa Rica-based online sportsbook is looking to expand its market presence across both English and Spanish-speaking regions. Operating in the competitive and fast-evolving iGaming industry, we are focused on strengthening brand visibility and customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead growth efforts in the online sportsbook space. This is a high-impact role for someone with a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape and a ion for building and executing strategic marketing campaigns. You will work across multiple markets, align initiatives with business goals, and stay on top of evolving industry regulations, especially in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to the online sportsbook industry, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across both English and Spanish-speaking markets, optimizing content and messaging for cultural and regional relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Sales, Compliance, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments, particularly within the evolving U.S. online gambling landscape, adjusting strategies proactively to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in the online sportsbook or iGaming industry (casino-related experience acceptable if relevant).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including acquisition and retention strategies.
- Fluent English (native not required); Spanish-English bilingual preferred.
- Based in Costa Rica or open to remote work within LATAM.
- Knowledge of evolving industry regulations and U.S. market dynamics.
- Salary: USD 100,000–$125,000/year
