Your Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive and competitive technical proposals for crushing consumables
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to gather necessary information for technical proposals
Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
Prepare cost estimates and pricing strategies
Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Present technical proposals to customers and address any queries
Maintain accurate records of proposals and customer interactions
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal engineering or a similar role
Strong knowledge of crushing consumables and related equipment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Fluent English skills (read/write/speak) as well as excellent MS PowerPoint skills
