Oversee all building-related activities so be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning. Act to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs, ensuring that KN business’s accommodation is safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. Establishes and monitor maintenance programs and repairs that control and maintain the facilities for the logistics centers process.

• Lean and effective facility management structure
• Transparent facility management environment
• Conservation of building and infrastructure values
• Comprehensive contract management
• Space management in order to minimize of idle/vacant space
• Adhere KN minimum facility requirements to keep properties (buildings and infrastructure) in good conditions
• Assure compliance considering all applicable regulations whether legal, internal or externally
• Implement new solutions to ensure saving costs
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelors / First University Degree Engineering Civil, Mechanical or electrical
• 3 years of experience in Project Management Experience
• Experience facility management and procurement Technical background (HVAC, mechanical)
• Advanced English
