Sales Assistant

RYZ Labs is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Assistant to our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing a team of sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to expand our market presence and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to identify and penetrate new markets
• Develop tailored sales strategies to target potential clients effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficiently
• Achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to senior management
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track outreach efforts
• Generate sales reports and forecasts to strategic decision-making
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position
• Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM software
• Advanced English skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
