Scrum Master

RYZ Labs is seeking a Scrum Master to one of our client's dynamic teams. The ideal candidate will lead our client's engineering teams to work smarter in order to meet business goals, while minimizing chaos and reducing stress.

Responsibilities:

• Has strong experience with analyzing data to identify & reduce bottlenecks
• Leads SM rituals - sprint ceremonies, manages Jira boards, spearheads release management for their assigned teams
• With guidance from lead program managers, s with some day-to-day project management
• Can follow technical discussions and gently question given estimates where appropriate (i.e., do we really need x amount of time to do y task?)
• Skillful in setting and maintaining boundaries to help ensure tech teams stay on track and execute according to priority and timelines
• Navigates conflict diplomatically and communicates confidently with stakeholders and engineers
• Is ive and empathetic while holding teams able (gentle but firm touch)
• Exhibits confidences in leading teams while remaining humble and open to new approaches
• Bonus if candidate has experience / interest in e-commerce
