Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Requirements
Strong knowledge of Python, Jinja2, SQL, and the Rewst platform, focusing on automation and data integration.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Strong understanding of MSP operations, including ticketing, monitoring, and client service delivery.
Nice to have
An understanding of ConnectWise and Kaseya, including API integrations and workflow customization.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy automation workflows using Jinja2, Python, SQL, and the Rewst platform to enhance MSP service delivery and client system management.
Integrate and customize ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Rewst to automate ticketing, monitoring, reporting, and client onboarding processes for operational efficiency.
Develop AI-driven tools to analyze client data, predict system issues, and optimize resource allocation within an MSP environment.
Collaborate with service teams to address overservicing or underbilling, using automation to ensure accurate billing and resource utilization.
Maintain SQL databases to automation scripts and ensure seamless data integration across MSP tools, including Rewst.
Participate in weekly ability meetings to review automation project progress, resolve issues, and align with business objectives.
To propose innovative client and internal solutions, stay updated on MSP industry trends, particularly in AI, automation, and Rewst capabilities.
Document automation processes and train team to ensure scalability and effective knowledge transfer.
