About The Role

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our platform. You will lead the front-end development efforts, working closely with our design and back-end teams to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for our s. Your expertise will help us drive the next phase of growth and innovation in the Climate Tech industry.

About Your Core Focus

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement front-end components using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into interactive and functional experiences.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any issues that arise.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the front-end team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a significant portion in a senior role.
• Experience working in corporate or consulting environments, preferably within tech or SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of leading front-end projects and delivering high-quality products.
• Skillset:
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js using Typescript
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with pre-processors like SASS or LESS, and CSS-in-JS libraries such as styled-components or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

• Familiarity with back-end technologies and how front-end integrates with them.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
