Role Overview:

Flexspring is seeking an experienced Java Engineer to their all-star Delivery team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving technical challenges, and want to be part of a diverse, motivated team, this role is for you. You'll troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, production environments, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in customer integrations built on Java, Groovy, and REST APIs.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients, maintaining transparency throughout the case lifecycle.
• Document all troubleshooting and resolution activities using Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, teams, and partners to drive cases to resolution.
• Participate in QA activities including pre-release and production update testing.
• Identify process gaps and provide for continuous improvement.
• Participate in future on-call rotations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in tech related area.
• Hands-on experience with Java, and L2 or L3 software engineering
• Familiarity with log management tools like Kibana or Sumologic
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with service desk tools and handling client tickets.
• Able to work on PST hours
• Fluent in English
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Background in ETL processes or data integration.
• Experience with JavaScript, Groovy, REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, Postman, and Insomnia.
• Experience with HR or finance systems such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, or Greenhouse.
