Uptalent.io, a global platform that connects top-tier talent from Latin America with the most exciting companies in the world, is seeking talented and experienced Social Media Managers to our Network. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting our clients´ brands and engaging with their audience in creative and innovative ways.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create and publish engaging content across social media channels that align with our client's brand voice and target audience
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and enhance their brand presence
  • Monitor social media trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to stay at the forefront of industry developments
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging and shareable content
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
