Sourcer (Remote)

BA Global Talent is looking for a proactive, articulate, and organized Sourcer in LATAM to a growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part at the earliest stages of the recruitment process—identifying and engaging top talent, sparking interest in exciting opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates using provided lists.
• Gauge candidate interest and collect key qualifying details.
• Schedule qualified candidates for further conversations with senior team .
• Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects who were unreachable by phone.
• proactive outreach efforts between active searches.
• Keep talent data clean and up-to-date in the database and spreadsheets.
• Work closely with the internal team to enhance sourcing and outreach strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent English skills—both spoken and written.
• Comfortable making cold and warm outreach calls.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and email templates is a bonus.
• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
• Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport quickly.

Time Zone: Eastern Time

Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week

Full-Time: 9:30 AM - 5 PM ET (Flexible)
