Act as “Business Partner” and “Coach” in the designated retail stores in all relevant HR Management issues ing the execution of the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people. the coordination and execution of HR processes for retail employees, owner of labour relations duties, data management and reporting and training logistics. Working closely with HRM DTC to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of tasks according to adidas guidelines and compliance with the current country legislation. Act as an extension of HRBP team, ensuring process optimization & continuous improvement within HR management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of communication with Store Managers of the designated stores and actively business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives.
- Lead investigations and reporting related to harassment, violence or other, through fair play or other, when needed across DTC retail stores.
- Responsible for the coordination of training logistics, communications, DEI initiatives and benefits activities across DTC retail stores.
- Maintain updated SAP/MyHUB to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures within the designated stores, responsible for data management and reporting, and developing KPIs to evaluate improvements across DTC retail stores.
- Maintain a high level of communication with Retail stores management teams of their designated stores to business initiatives and people needs to contribute to the company’s objectives.
- Promote and manage a high employee engagement at every level in the designated stores through effective motivation, coaching, training and development actions to attract and retain the best talents
- Participate of recruitment process to designated stores in management level positions to assure the quality of the process.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, aware of opportunities to make more efficient processes within HR or the designated stores.

- Employee relations
- Store Managers and Store leadership teams.
- HR processes knowledge: labor law, employee relations, among others.
- Planning and prioritization.
- Customer focus
- Advanced skills in excel or other for data analysis
- Tech Savy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven ion HR, people and processes.
- Technical degree in istration, human resources, personnel management or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience managing high volume of employees.
- English fluent
