Job Description

MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company.

We are looking for a Success Manager with solid experience in CRM and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding the needs and challenges of the markets, as well as their animation plans, for delivering on time the campaigns requested by the markets. Must understand pricing, media investment, channels strategy, commercial actions and all factors that may help to construct a solid regional CRM strategy.
  • Partner with CRM Managers to concretize Local CRM Strategy & Plan.
  • Share Best Practices & Recommendations.
  • Design Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Roap to execute Local Plans (Animation, Catalogue).
  • Secure Roap delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Success Manager role.
  • Experience with CRM
  • Knowledge in SFMC.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced english.
