We believe that work-life balance matters and that having time to bond with your baby is important. That’s why we offer global parental leave. This benefit provides 14 weeks of paid leave with 90 percent of the base salary to all employees in countries where no equivalent or better benefit already exits. The global parental leave is available for part-time and full-time employees who have completed one year of service. Adoption and surrogacy are of course covered too.
