    Cecilia Hugony, Director of Customer Experience at Frávega
    Hugony is ionate about the world of customer experience and has over twenty years of experience in the industry. She began her career in 1996 at Teleperformance Argentina and in 2000 she moved to the United States, where she worked for Teleperformance USA, Atento Global and Microsoft LATAM. After ten years she returned to Argentina to work at Telecom Personal. She then went through DirecTV Panamericana and today she is the director of customer experience at Frávega. Her strategic focus is to facilitate the transformation of the company towards a customer-centric culture and align processes, behaviors and systems, so that customers have such a good experience that they recommend and buy again.
