Navigating conflicting visions for success among key stakeholders requires a structured approach: 1. Facilitate Open Communication Organize a Meeting: Bring all stakeholders together to discuss their visions openly. Encourage Active Listening: Ensure everyone feels heard and respected. 2. Clarify Objectives Define Success: Work collaboratively to establish a common definition of success. Align on Goals: Identify overlapping goals and priorities among stakeholder visions. 3. Establish a Governance Framework Decision-Making Body: Form a cross-functional team that includes representatives from all stakeholder groups to oversee the roap. Regular Check-Ins: Schedule recurring meetings to review progress and adjust the roap as needed.

The pitch for any investor must be careful to avoid using the same rhetoric used with potential clients. Investors are also customers but they look at the profitability of the company and not just the cost/benefit of the services offered by it. Furthermore, we need to make it clear that the problem we are solving can be global and have the possibility of a complete and competent team to solve it. In this phase the investor chooses to invest in people who are the startup's most valuable asset. As a pitch strategy, it is important to use a balanced approach in presenting sales and development estimates with a conservative view in 1 year and a more daring one in 2, 3 and 4 years.
