«For one-and-a-half years, Jonatas was the primary DA to our timescaleDB community in Slack, forums, office hours, and events. What do you do if your decision-making skills are being tested in a high-pressure situation?
Validation is the key. , it's not about your problem, it's about your customer problem. Validate if the customer really needs your proposed solution. Validate that the problem is the real problem. Validate if your proposed action really solve the problem. Go back and forth imagining the problem resolved in the future with the proposed solution and validate all possible outcomes and weakness of your implementation plan.

How can you use and questioning to clarify your personal brand message and engage your audience?
Personal branding is not about building the branding itself, but nurturing people with your own interests and let other folks know what are your main aspirations. Personal branding is supposed to be a product of extensive work done in other scenarios. It's more about documenting a great journey with ion and knowledge. Inspiring by doing, and later sharing. Gandhi never worked on his personal branding because he was busy working with purpose on a greater cause. His actions built his brand.

How can you use and questioning to clarify your personal brand message and engage your audience?
If you want to kick off a great conversation, start with open questions. Final answers like yes or no are interesting in "raise your hand" situation, that you can validate a statement. If you want to really connect with your audience, open the question for more complex thinking. Be clear about your intention and the scope of the answer you expect can be very helpful to get more precise answers.

is a gift. I chose to accept it as someone dedicate energy to give me. Like a box, that you don't know what you have inside and you'll need to spend some time to really digest what's inside. My internal message to myself is always "it's not about me". It's always about teamwork and working better!
