Sandro is a leader who knows how to inspire the team to access each one’s personal talents to achieve the best performance. He is very visionary and working with him is the most inspiring experience, there is no challenge that he cannot solve, he always pursues new ways of conducting to the goals, and during the journey, he discover new goals, he is a constant innovation founder.
