This weekend I had the pleasure to attend the annual Insead Alumni Association volunteers meeting at the school´s Europe Campus in . After 7 years volunteering for IAAB in many capacities, this was a great opportunity to connect with fellow alumni, learn best practice, get an update from the school and also have a bit of FUN! :) The numbers are impressive: out of the more than 71k Insead Alumni roughly 43k are IAA (over 100% growth in the last 10 years!). These include CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, Entrepeneaurs, Investors, Financeers, Government and other leaders of more than 172 nationalitie with over 43% female representation. With 11 Global Centers and Clubs, we conducted over 300 high profile events around the world last year, which included the recent Alumni Forum in Amsterdam with attendance of no other than Queen Maxima! The IAA and our National Associations are a hub of golbal, senior, capable and principled leaders who drive impact in a world not short of challenges. IAAB extends this legacy to Brazil - with 500+ out of roughy 2100 alumni and under the leadership of Antonio Uras and my fellow exCo Carla Belitardo, Emanuela Anselmo, Henrique Oliveira, Patricia Gibin, Rodrigo Salles and Tiago Machado we connect and integrate Insead alumni into this fantastic network. Events such as the meeting with professor Felipe Monteiro talking about business transformation (https://bit.ly/4dpmAfC) and our participation on the Brazil Climate Summit (https://bit.ly/3FhuUBB) are examples of how we are creating an avenue to success in Brazil If you have graduated from Insead and are not part of INSEAD Alumni Association Brazil - IAAB, go to https://lnkd.in/d3RRWEK5 to see how to .
