Lanzamos la primera iteración de Mintii Search, un buscador para ecommerce. ¿Por qué? Porque más del 70% de los compradores de ecommerce van directo al buscador y la experiencia tiene mucho que desear. Además, creemos que hemos armado un onboarding muy entretenido para cualquier persona que use Shopify, en donde puede visualizar cómo se vería el buscador en formato widget. Por supuesto, también podrá integrarse cómo el buscador principal de la página. En caso de no ser una tienda de Shopify, igual puede usarse y se registran los datos para crear el chat de manera semi manual (por ahora). Hoy hicimos que Camila, nuestra asistente IA, agendara una cita al dentista autónomamente. Camila llamó, entregó toda la información necesaria, evaluó la disponibilidad horaria de acuerdo con las preferencias de Marcelo, y finalmente agendó. Fue muy interesante ver las interacciones.
